Picking out the accessories for my ceremony and the supplies for my reception wasn’t half as hard as trying to choose something nice for my bridesmaids. I just couldn’t seem to come across anything that they would really appreciate. I saw all kinds of possiblities for wedding favors for bridesmaids and wedding guests on the Internet. But the hard part was picking out which was the best to buy. I stumbled across some wonderful low-priced thank you items as well. I got a really good deal on a wedding set that had a ring bearer pillow, a flower girl basket, a guest book, a pen, and eight pieces in total. That was a big savings. Instead of having to buy each piece separately, I was able to purchase it all together at a great low price.
While looking for the thank you gifts for my bridesmaids, I found a very lovely jewelry box I thought they all might like to have. Really, there were multiple wedding jewelry boxes that were very fancy. My head was swirling from all of the options out there for thank you presents, and I had to just go work on some other part of the wedding to get my focus back. I still had to get supplies and accessories for the reception even though the wedding ceremony was all but taken care of. One thing that was on my plate, so to speak, was finding a wedding cake topper, and another was picking out wedding gifts for my friends and relatives, so I paid attention to those two next. I picked out some really cute bride and groom salt and pepper shakers and chrome bottle openers shaped like doves. The doves were really nice and they came in a very decorative package, so I didn’t have to buy favor boxes for them. My fiance got his groomsmen a nice little stainless steel flask and a multi tool gadget that has just about everything from a pair of pliers to a bottle opener.
We got a cake topper of pair of newly weds locked in a loving embrace. The newly weds were my ultimate choice, but I checked out a lot of options, and I nearly settled on one with crystals and initials written in silver. With all of the rest of it out of the way, it was time to make the call on a present for my bridemaids. I did go with girls jewelry boxes for each of them, and also bought a piece of unique wedding jewelry to put inside. I chose a beautiful rhinestone bracelet for all of them. It was just perfect for them even though it probably sounds like a bit much. There were a lot of choices of discount wedding jewelry available, which meant I could get them something really nice, and still save money. I also got a some pearl wedding jewelry for myself, and wore it in my wedding ceremony. The quality of the jewelry is top-notch, and the prices are deeply discounted. The groomsmen were pleased with what my hubby got them, and the bridesmaids were thrilled with theirs.
All my dreams came true on my wedding day; it was absolutely glorious. Two single people drew some attention: my husband’s brother snatched the garter out of the air, and my sister won the bouquet toss. Is it just coincidence, or is it fate? If anything came of it and my sister and his brother end up married, that means my sister would also be my sister in law. Only time will tell.
